2.The service

TAQREER is a platform for AI-generated institutional reports and documents, provided under the plan you subscribe to. We may develop features, or pause some for maintenance or before their release, and we say so inside the platform.

3.Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• The signed-out free trial is limited to one report a day.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.

4.Plans, credits and payment

• Each plan includes a number of reports a week. Your week starts with the first report you generate and renews seven days later. A large document counts as two reports, after you agree.
• Extra reports are available on paid plans, stay valid for 90 days from purchase, and are used after your weekly allowance.
• Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, your benefits continue until the end of the paid period and the subscription does not renew.
• Prices on the pricing page are in UAE dirhams, and payment is made through Stripe.
• Prices include VAT where it applies, shown on the invoice.

5.Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the remainder of a period is not refunded except in the cases below.
• Billing errors or duplicate charges: we refund the excess in full.
• A report that failed to generate because of a fault on our side: returned to your balance automatically, or its value refunded if that is not possible.
• An extended outage caused by a fault on our side: we compensate you with credit or a refund in proportion to the outage.
• In every case you keep the rights given by UAE consumer protection law, which cannot be waived.
• Purchased extra reports are not refundable once any of them is used or after they expire, except in the cases above.
• Ask for a refund within 30 days of the charge through the contact page, with the invoice number. We reply within 5 working days, and an approved refund returns to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

6.Content and ownership

Your content — what you send and what the platform produces for you — is yours. You allow us to process it only as far as needed to provide the service, and we never use it to train any model.

Outputs are AI-prepared drafts and may contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing them, checking their figures and approving them before any official use.

7.Acceptable use

• Producing misleading content, impersonating people or organisations without authorisation, or unlawful content is prohibited.
• Uploading content you have no right to use, or other people's personal data without a lawful basis, is prohibited.
• Circumventing usage limits or protections, scraping, or disrupting the service is prohibited.

8.Organisation accounts

The organisation's administrator manages its membership: adding users and their groups, automatic joining by the organisation's email domain, and templates and letterhead. Letters in the workspace follow the group permissions the organisation sets.

9.Third-party services

Some features work with other parties' services — such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft 365, Claude and Stripe — and your use of them is subject to their terms.

10.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not legal, financial or professional advice. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for any harm resulting from relying on outputs without reviewing them.

To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or AED 100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and losses arising from content you send without the right to do so, or from your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law.

12.Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at hosting, AI or telecoms providers, disasters, or government action.

13.Termination

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms, with notice where possible.

14.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Before going to court, a party gives the other written notice of the dispute, and both try to settle it amicably within 30 days. If that fails, the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction.

This does not affect any right you have under UAE consumer protection law, including filing a complaint with the competent authority.

If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.

15.Changes

We may update these terms and will tell subscribers about material changes by email before they take effect.
