Privacy policy

In short

  • We never use your content to train any AI model.
  • We collect what we need to run the service: your account, the content you send, the reports it produces, and your subscription.
  • Analytics only run after you agree, and their data is deleted after 180 days.
  • You can delete your account and data yourself at any time from your account settings.

1.Who we are

TAQREER (taqreer.co) is a platform for AI-generated official reports and documents. This policy explains the data we process when you use the website, the report studio, the Word add-in, the organisation workspace and the Claude connector.

2.Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, sign-in method and plan. Passwords and sign-in sessions are handled by our sign-in provider; we never store your password.
  • Content: what you type or paste, the files you upload, the reports and documents produced, and your organisation profiles (logo, colours, fonts).
  • For organisation accounts: the letters registered in the workspace, their path and referrals, and group membership.
  • Subscription and billing: Stripe processes your card; we keep the customer and subscription identifiers, invoices and your report balance.
  • Operating records: the time, type, model, size, cost and outcome of each generation, to run, bill and troubleshoot the service.
  • Signed-out free trial: your IP address and approximate city and country (from our hosting network), to prevent abuse.
  • Analytics — only after you agree: the pages you visit, the time you spend on them, your device and approximate city, linked to your account if you are signed in; and Google Analytics.
  • Contact messages: your name, email, message and its reference number.

3.How we use it

  • To provide the service: drafting, saving and exporting your reports, and managing your balance and subscription.
  • To communicate with you: welcome messages, receipts, notices about your account (such as referrals in the workspace) and replies to your messages.
  • For security: preventing abuse of the free trial, enforcing usage limits and protecting accounts.
  • To improve the service: analytics, only with your consent.

We do not sell your data, and we never use your content to train any model.

4.AI processing

When you generate, we send an AI model provider only what is needed to draft the content: your request text, the fields and files you add, and the template instructions. We never send your password or payment details.

  • Primary provider: Anthropic, PBC (United States), through its Claude models. Requests are processed under its commercial terms, which prohibit using our data to train its models.
  • Backup provider: Moonshot AI (People's Republic of China), through its Kimi models. It is used only automatically when the primary provider cannot be reached, only when we have enabled it, and only for the generation request that failed. It is processed under its commercial API terms.

This means request content may be transferred for processing outside the United Arab Emirates. We limit what is sent to what the request needs and use encrypted connections; providers keep a copy after completing the request only as far as their terms require for security and abuse prevention.

When you connect your account to Claude, we receive only what Claude sends when it calls one of TAQREER's tools (your request text and document fields). Results are saved to your account only, and we have no access to your Claude conversations or files. You can disconnect the connector at any time in Claude's settings.

5.TAQREER for Word

The TAQREER add-in for Microsoft Word (TAQREER for Word) runs inside Word and reads from the open document only what the tool you choose needs: the selected text, the document's content when you summarise or translate all of it, or its tables when you create a chart or a report. That content, with your brief and any files you upload, is sent to TAQREER's servers to be processed as described under “AI processing”, and the result is written into your document.

The add-in keeps the document's classification and its history of AI edits inside the document itself, and keeps your preferences and sign-in session in Word. The document stays in Word or in your Microsoft 365 account; what we keep in your TAQREER account are the reports you generate.

6.Service providers

We use the following providers to run the service; they process data for that purpose only:

ProviderPurpose
VercelHosting the website and application
NeonDatabase — in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany)
ClerkSign-in and session management
CloudflareProtecting the sign-in service from automated attacks
StripePayments, subscriptions and invoices
Anthropic, PBCPrimary AI model (Claude) — United States
Moonshot AIBackup AI model (Kimi), only when the primary is unavailable — China
ResendSending email
GoogleGoogle Analytics — only with your consent

Some of these providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. When you use the Word add-in or share a document through OneDrive or Teams, the document stays in your Microsoft 365 account under Microsoft's terms.

7.Retention and deletion

  • Your account, reports and documents: until you delete them or your account.
  • The signed-out trial's IP address and city: deleted automatically after 90 days; the country stays in aggregate statistics.
  • Analytics data: deleted automatically after 180 days.
  • Invoices: kept as financial records, even after an account is deleted.
  • Backups: we keep periodic backups to restore the service after a failure, and data may remain in them for a time after it is deleted from the service.

8.Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our administrative access is limited by roles and permissions, and administrative actions are logged. In organisation accounts, the organisation decides who sees each letter, and letters classified as confidential are visible only to the people named on them.

9.Your rights

  • Access and correction: in your account settings, or by writing to us.
  • Deletion: delete your whole account from account settings; we stop the subscription first, then delete your data.
  • A copy of your data: request it through the contact page.
  • Analytics: change your choice at any time in the cookie policy.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will tell subscribers about material changes by email. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
