On a paid plan you can buy 3 reports for AED 15 or 15 reports for AED 45. They stay valid for 90 days from purchase and are used automatically after your weekly allowance.

Yes, from your account settings. Your plan keeps its benefits until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after it; your reports stay saved.

It works inside Microsoft Word: it writes a report or a dashboard into the open document, rewrites, translates or proofreads the text you select, summarises the document, inserts charts and keeps a register of correspondence. You sign in with the same TAQREER account.

Reports and documents count against the same allowance. Editing selected text — rewriting, translating, proofreading and summaries — does not use a report.

The add-in is currently enabled for organisations through their administrator. Contact us to set it up for yours.

We never use your content to train any model. Your text is sent to the AI model provider only to draft your content, through their commercial service. The providers are listed in our privacy policy.

Account and report data is kept in a managed cloud database in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Text is processed by the AI provider while a report is generated. The privacy policy lists every provider we use.

Account settings → Delete account. We stop your subscription first, then delete your reports, organisation profiles and credits. Invoices are kept because they are financial records.

Your IP address and approximate city and country, to prevent abuse of the free trial. The IP address and city are deleted automatically after 90 days.

One account for your organisation, run by one admin: seats for your team, automatic joining by your email domain, templates and letterhead managed centrally, a workspace for incoming letters, referrals and replies with access by department, and sharing, review and signatures inside Word.
